Housing Development
Preserving affordability. Strengthening Fenway.
Housing is the foundation of a thriving community. In 2025, Fenway Forward continued expanding and preserving affordable homes while building a future-focused pipeline that advances equity, sustainability, and long-term resilience.

2025 Highlights

Expanded
Affordable Housing
We celebrated the full lease-up of Burbank Terrace and advanced key developments including 43 Hemenway Street, 27–29 Hancock Street, 112 Queensberry Street, and the redevelopment of The Guild House — expanding both affordable rental and homeownership opportunities.

Prioritized
Clean Energy Goals
Across all new construction and major rehabs, we exceeded Boston’s energy codes, prioritized electrification and low-carbon materials, and invested in deep energy retrofits, solar access, EV infrastructure, and BERDO-aligned capital planning.
