2025 Highlights

Burbank Terrace 1.JPG

Expanded
Affordable Housing

We celebrated the full lease-up of Burbank Terrace and advanced key developments including 43 Hemenway Street, 27–29 Hancock Street, 112 Queensberry Street, and the redevelopment of The Guild House — expanding both affordable rental and homeownership opportunities.

Prioritized
Clean Energy Goals

Across all new construction and major rehabs, we exceeded Boston’s energy codes, prioritized electrification and low-carbon materials, and invested in deep energy retrofits, solar access, EV infrastructure, and BERDO-aligned capital planning.
