2025 marked a significant turning point for our organization and an important moment for the neighborhood we serve. While we remain your neighborhood CDC, our new name—Fenway Forward—more clearly reflects who we are today and our commitment to moving our community toward greater opportunity, stability, and connection. What has not changed are our mission, values, and longstanding commitment to the community. That is why the name and theme of this annual report is In Community.

As part of our recent strategic planning process, we engaged residents and partners to better understand how our work should evolve to address the needs of the community. We spoke with hundreds of our neighbors whose insights affirmed the need for a name that strengthens recognition, reflects our direction, and communicates the impact we strive to make.

​Looking ahead, 2026 will be a year of steady purpose in the context of a bold four-year strategic plan.

In the coming year, we will focus on laying the groundwork for long-term success: raising our organizational and programmatic visibility, deepening relationships with residents, partners, and supporters, and strengthening internal systems. Guided by our enduring commitment to people and community, these priorities will position us for lasting impact in the years to come.
